I work with engineering teams that are scaling faster than their architecture was designed for. The problems I focus on tend to be structural — the kind that don't show up until the organization needs to move.

My focus is on decisions that compound: infrastructure choices, platform boundaries, team topology, and governance layers. The kind of decisions that are invisible when done well — but extremely expensive when ignored.
